“The EQ-i 2.0/EQ360 Emotional Intelligence Certification by P4S has been decisive for my development and experience as a psychologist-coach. I discovered this psychometric tool for measuring Emotional Intelligence during my training in Psychological Coaching, and it will certainly be one of the primary instruments for my sessions. The programme is very well-structured, featuring an initial online phase that includes the opportunity to complete the EQ-i 2.0 assessment and receive feedback, followed by two days of in-person sessions, where you have the chance to consolidate your knowledge and learn how to use the EQ-i 2.0/EQ360 with the guidance of a highly experienced trainer. These sessions are tailored to the trainees' needs and offer hands-on opportunities to put into practice the skills required to apply the tool. By the end, I felt fully prepared for the online exam, which I completed with a score of nearly 90%.
