Innovation and organizational success begin with people, and it is within them that true potential resides.
With a background in Clinical and Health Psychology, I developed a solid foundation in understanding human behaviour, building interpersonal relationships, and promoting psychological well-being. This education not only consolidated my interest in human behaviour but also provided me with the tools to support individuals and groups in navigating their challenges and achieving their goals.
I began my professional journey in the corporate sector, where I had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge of human behaviour within organisational contexts. Here, I started adopting a holistic approach, exploring strategies that enhance not only individual performance and satisfaction but also the organisational "Whole". In doing so, I contributed to fostering a more productive and dynamic workplace climate.
Currently, at People for Success – P4S, I further integrate clinical psychology insights into the corporate world, using an approach tailored to support companies striving for innovation and success. At P4S, I leverage two crucial tools, MBTI (Psychological Types) and EQ-i 2.0/EQ360 (Emotional Intelligence), to drive self-awareness, collaboration, and the strategic alignment of teams.
I am increasingly convinced that innovation and organisational success begin with people, and it is within them that the true potential resides to transform challenges into opportunities, ultimately leading to outstanding results.
