Development of individual and collective potential to create effective teams and leaders.
Upon completing my degree in Psychology (FPCEUP), with a specialisation and master's degree in Clinical Psychology, I began my professional journey by balancing psychological counselling with intervention in an organisational context. In the latter, I collaborated with various organisations in the Food, Automotive Retail, and Pharmaceutical sectors, as well as Associations and Public Entities, through training, personal, and career development processes. The multidisciplinarity and adaptability required in times of rapid change fostered the development of team management and leadership skills.
Through contact with different areas, common points emerged, namely the pressing need to develop individual and collective potential, as well as the crucial role that self-awareness plays in the creation of effective teams and leaders. Through HR consulting, I brought these exact principles to organisations in various formats such as team development, team building, and training in Behavioural and Organisational Management areas.
Currently, at People for Success – P4S, I continue to apply much of my clinical know-how and psychometric psychology in an organisational context. But this time using two invaluable tools: MBTI (Psychological Types) and EQ-i 2.0/EQ360 (Emotional Intelligence).
I believe that when we discover how to develop our potential and maximise our capabilities, we are able to have more fulfilled employees, more efficient organisations and, ultimately, happier people!
